And so the journey begins…

I just had some thoughts about what I’m embarking and it hit me…I don’t have a new apt to move into. I’m going to be on the go for two months.

Today I woke up around 8:45 and got started packing up my car and cleaning my apartment. Then my friend and I headed towards Ponderosa so I could put my stuff in his trailer. I’ve been driving for about two hours now and I’m headed towards Carmel, California in Monterey. Obviously I am in my office (Starbucks) updating you guys. Specifically near the Outlets at Tejon.
It’s extremely hot out in the desert. Pushing 100 degrees. I’m about to hit the road again so make sure you check back later. I might have a story or two to tell.

Here’s some amazing photos of the rolling hills of California on my way to Carmel!

I finally made it to Carmel after stopping a few times to get food, fly the drone, and hit Starbucks for my Berry Hibiscus & Lemonade drink along with the wifi to update you all. It’s only day one but I’m ready for what lies ahead during the next two months of travel. Tomorrow I’ll be doing some client work at the local Starbucks and visiting with family I haven’t seen in over a decade!
By the way if you haven’t figured it out, the numbers before the post are the times that I’m posting, just in military time so I don’t have to bother with am/pm nonsense.
See you tomorrow.
